[16:08] **ISDI-CEO** Myself, Moti Maram, CEO of ISD since it's founding in 2000, have strong corporate experience in leading IT companies. I also have valuable expertise in CRM technology, business development, and bringing new products to market.

[16:09] **ISDI-CEO** >> Avner Tal, VP Sales & Marketing since it's founding, has vast knowledge of the CRM software industry. Avner has extensive first-hand experience in working with major distributors and sales channels in the IT industry

[16:09] **ISDI-CEO** Ofir Albin, CTO of the company since it's founding, brings extensive experience in system architecture design and development, in particular, with off-the-shelf software. Ofir also has experience in the field of communications from his military service in the Israeli army.

[16:13] **ISDI-CEO** BENEFIT is built around two core modules, Service and Marketing.
[16:13] **ISDI-CEO** Our Service Module enables optimum internal efficiency through case management and tracking capabilities. These immediately show the status of a particular customer or equipment by tracking each contact point such as date, time, status etc. and match the necessary staff resources to complete the activity.
[16:14] **ISDI-CEO** Our Marketing Module enables effective marketing management and communication. This includes tracking of incoming leads right through the sales cycle, including follow up calls, to-do items, and the allocation of staff to sales and marketing activities. In addition there is a supporting Reporting module.
[16:14] **ISDI-CEO** Each module can be used as a standalone product or as part of an integrated solution with other database and accounting applications. The result is a very advanced and cost effective management tool that is currently used by over 180 SMEs across a wide range of functions and industries.
[16:14] **ISDI-CEO** Regarding your question on expansion, we are committed to expanding our business by entering new international markets, particularly Europe and the USA.
[16:14] **ISDI-CEO** Our main expense categories are salaries for our system developers and customer support services, and marketing expenses.

[16:15] **TJ** 8-Revenue Stream-Briefly describe all revenue generating streams?
 
[16:15] **ISDI-CEO** Our revenue is from the sale of our software as well as from annual maintenance fees our customers pay for ongoing support and software upgrades.

[16:16] **TJ** 9-Profitability-Is the company presently profitable? If NO, when ?
[16:16] **ISDI-CEO** We are proud of the fact that we are profitable. We are also cash flow positive and have not had the need for any external borrowing. This means that our balance sheet is strong and clean of any long-term debt. We are a growth company and we’re optimistic about continuing to add shareholder value through greater profitability and a strong, positive cash flow.

[16:17] **TJ** 10-Competition-Is their any present competition? If YES, describe the difference between any?
 
[16:17] **ISDI-CEO** The enterprise software market is competitive. However, current offerings aimed at the SME market tend to focus on CRM functionality. While BENEFIT offers many CRM functions, the focus is on an out-of-the-box, very cost effective solution for increased internal efficiency and cost control as well as maintaining strong customer service quality.

[16:18] **TJ** 11-Kindly give us a few reasons why new investors should invest in your company? For both short and or long term?
 
[16:18] **ISDI-CEO** We plan to focus on aggressively pursuing the great business and growth opportunities that exist in our market space. We are well aware of the importance of investor relations and so we’re going to communicate our successes more regularly with the investment community.
[16:18] **ISDI-CEO** We think that our stock is grossly oversold and that it’s currently greatly under priced. We think that it’s a good stock for investors, both in the short term and long term.

[16:19] **TJ** 12-Briefly describe the company’s strong and weak points?
 
[16:19] **ISDI-CEO** Our strength is that we have developed advanced enterprise resource software for the growing SME market that is easy to deploy and provides a quick and real ROI. Experience shows that SMEs are looking to learn from the experience of large enterprises and seek fast, low cost solutions, which still offer high-level functionality. Our software solution, BENEFIT, ideally meets these needs.
[16:20] **ISDI-CEO** Although our product is very good, I would say our main weakness is that we don’t yet have the name recognition to become a global player in the enterprise software market. However, I’m confident that we can achieve this by very focused marketing efforts in our target markets as well as by partnering with existing key players.
