MED SERVICES OF AMERICA's mission is to significantly expand our 20,000 square foot laboratory and grow our current 12 million in revenues to approximately 100 million within the next 2 to 3 years.

With 2 years of planning behind us, we are well on our way. The first stage of our mission, to bring Med Services of America up to a state of the art quality laboratory, has been accomplished.

The next phase is to enter the equities market to finance our growth. Using the same model tailored after Unilab Corp. in California (Nasdaq: ULAB) we plan on growing through acquisitions of small laboratories within Florida with the ultimate goal to have a large laboratory within a period of 2 to 3 years of approximately 100 million dollars. This goal will be achieved through acquisitions and organic growth. And a key part of the plan will be to build shareholder value each step of the way.

Company Overview

MED SERVICES OF AMERICA resulted from the merger of the two largest independent community laboratories into a single formidable full-service community laboratory. The mission of this laboratory is quite simple: "To provide the highest quality services at a fair price." We hold that mission statement as a core value of our business. We became the community laboratory of choice that we are today by not departing from our formula for success: Keep the client first, always.

We deliver high quality laboratory services to all counties in Florida. As we continue to grow we are constantly finding ways to reinvent ourselves and maintain our mission. Our couriers are carefully selected and trained to be ambassadors and efficient conduits of necessary and vital information. Our emphasis on courtesy, professionalism, and personal attention to detail bonds our couriers to our clients. Our client services representatives are likewise schooled in our philosophy of business with additional training in assisting clients with specimen and results tracking, specimen requirements, courier routing, and specialty testing timetables.

A Benchmark for Other Community Laboratories

MED SERVICES OF AMERICA currently employs people committed to our philosophy of business excellence. We are a full-service locally owned community laboratory. We are a zero tolerance compliant laboratory staffed with experience and knowledgeable technologists. Our patient testing protocols utilize the most sensitive and specific methodologies available and the latest in laboratory instrumentation. Our Laboratory Directors are seasoned professionals who are well known in the medical community we serve. Our Laboratory Directions serve as invaluable client resources and have developed long-standing personal and technical relationships with our clients as a result of their clinical acumen and availability. In addition to serving as clients our Laboratory Directors steward the laboratory to continued technical leadership in the marketplace.

MED SERVICES OF AMERICA is accredited by all applicable Federal and State Licensing Agencies. We are affiliated with the College of American Pathologists and participate in their proficiency testing programs to assure our clients of the highest possible standards of laboratory testing. Our staff members are proactive in community technical groups as well as several international and professional organizations such as AACC, ASCP, NCCLS, ASM, AMT and CLMA.

Service + Professionalism + Quality = MED SERVICES OF AMERICA

Our Billing Department

As we are all aware, in the past few years Medicare and insurance companies have greatly increased the information required to submit bills for medical services. This has been especially true for claims submitted for laboratory services. As a Medicare approved laboratory we must adhere to strict billing guidelines to remain in compliance. In our efforts to provide the best client services possible and streamline this information collection process we have maintained an ongoing dialogue with the appropriate authorities. As a result of our efforts we have trained our marketing representatives and our field client service representative to be billing information resources to our clients.

Our billing department personnel regularly attend continuous education programs to be of the greatest possible assistance to your staff and patients. We stress education and training to prevent confusion with respect to changing policies and reimbursement.

Please consider our billing department your personal resource to assist whenever possible in the resolution of questions regarding medical necessity, frequency screens, Medicare and Medicaid compliance and insurance requirements.

Once again our focus is simple: Keep, the client first, always.
