Market Strategy
__________________________________________
Universal Express has established
the Postal Business Center Network (PBC Network.com), similar in theory to
the successful FTD floral network. The Company provides quality postal
products and network communication services in a $7 billion private postal
industry with 20,000 franchise and privately owned operations and their
customer base of over 300 customers per week for each location The Company
complements various communication and support services to the US Postal
Service, FedEx and UPS.
The competition of Universal
Express, Inc. is non-existent in the fact that competitors do not offer
the full breadth of services offered by the PBC Network. With such
opportunities, the Company continuously positions itself as an industry
leader for the promotion of growth in postal services, postal shipping
outlet choices and residential pick-up capabilities for e-commerce
national fulfillment contracts
